Gomantak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Research Centre is a college affiliated with the renown Goa university. The college has an excellent academic system and is doing the good work in bringing up the quality doctors to the society every year. The college is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine, Department of AYUSH and recognized by the Government of Goa. Aim of the college is to promote and propogate ancient bharathiya languages and literatures, Vedas, Puranas, Yoga, Natya, Sangeet, Bharathiya agriculture and everything related to bharathiya sanskriti. The B.A.M.S Course has the seat intake of 60. The college facilities include library, herbal garden and laboratory.
