State Model Institute of Ayurveda Sciences is considered as the centre for high quality training to build qualified Ayurveda professionals. This is a newly established institute, in a huge campus with six departments and all kinds of modern technology. The aim of this institute is to promote and popularize the Ayurveda system of medicine. The college is affiliated to Gujarata Ayurveda University and recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine and AYUSH. The college has the departments like, the Samhita-Siddhanta-Sanskrit department, the Sharira –Kriya department, the Sharira-Rachana department, the Dravyaguna department, the Rasa-Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana department and the Roga-Nidana & Vikriti Vijnana department.
